Registration
Every complaint is registered within one business day. You will receive a confirmation if contact details are provided.
Grievance Procedure
Receipt & Registration
Your complaint is received, registered, and assigned a unique number. You receive a confirmation within 1 business day.
Initial Assessment
The complaint is classified by type and urgency.
Assignment
The complaint is assigned to the responsible officer or department.
Investigation
The complaint is investigated and measures taken are recorded in the log.
Feedback
You receive written or verbal feedback on the handling and outcome.
Closure
The complaint is closed once a solution is communicated and accepted.
Monitoring
The complaint register is evaluated monthly. Recurring issues are discussed in project progress meetings.
